4 Points You Must Include in Your Career Shero Story

Companies seek to hire people who (hopefully) can consistently add value, produce and accomplish tasks in line with the job



During your interview, use real examples of your accomplishments.  Your career shero stories should (1) describe how well you work with others and that you (2) timely communicated work progress and any roadblocks.  Most importantly, you want to (3) show that you completed difficult tasks and (4) overcame challenges without draining 40 hours of your manager's time.
